Artwork Guidelines

To ensure that your custom workwear looks its best, we ask that you follow our artwork submission guidelines. If you're unsure about any aspect of the artwork, feel free to get in touch with us for assistance!

Accepted File Formats

We accept a variety of file formats, but for the best results, we recommend submitting vector files, such as:

  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • .PDF (Portable Document Format)

For raster images, such as logos or artwork, we also accept:

  • .PNG (High-quality with transparent background)
  • .JPG (300dpi or higher recommended)

Print Artwork Guidelines

Colour Guidelines

For consistent colour matching across your workwear, we recommend submitting files with Pantone (PMS) colours. If you’re unsure about colour choices, we can help you select the best options. Please submit artwork in CMYK mode for print to ensure colour accuracy. For more details on colour matching, please read our Colour Matching Information.

Font Guidelines

  • Please outline fonts in vector files to avoid issues with missing fonts.
  • If using custom fonts, please provide the font files or specify the font name.

What to Avoid for Print

  • Low-resolution files that may affect the clarity of your design.

Embroidery Artwork Guidelines

Embroidery Digitisation

For any new artwork being used for embroidery, digitisation is required to convert your image into a format compatible with embroidery machines. This process comes with a setup fee. However, for certain accreditation logos (e.g. Gas Safe, NIC, CHAS, etc.), we may already have the necessary digitised files, and a setup fee may not be required. Please contact us prior to submitting your artwork to confirm whether we have your logo on file. Once your design is digitised, it can be used on any future orders without incurring additional charges.

What to Avoid for Embroidery

  • Designs with fine details or gradients may not translate well in embroidery.
  • Small text or intricate lines that may not stitch cleanly.
