Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
You certainly can. While we would prefer to supply your products as well as the branding, we can still print or embroider onto your products providing it is possible to do so.
Products must be clean and clearly marked with your contact details and company name.
Machine issues can happen from time to time. Please read our T&Cs before sending your items.

Absolutely! Plain stock orders generally take 1-2 days to arrive with you. If you would like to see the quality of an item before ordering or even try the garment on, we suggest purchasing one plain stock before placing a bulk order. More information about samples can be found in the FAQs.
Samples can be ordered directly through our website as plain stock. This is perfect for trying on for size and feeling the quality of the products for yourself.

We can provide branded samples for your order however these must be paid for prior to us producing your order.
A vector image is a type of graphic that stays sharp and clear no matter how big or small you make it. It\'s great for things like logos and drawings. Typically, vector file types are PDF, EPS, AI or SVG. For further information about supplying suitable artwork see here.
Pixelated refers to an image or graphic that appears blurry or blocky due to the individual pixels being noticeable. This often happens when an image is enlarged beyond its original resolution, causing a loss of detail and a jagged appearance.
Prices for embroidery work on a ‘stitch count’. This is the number of stitches it takes to embroider your design. Our base prices cover up to 10,000 stitches which is an industry standard for most front or sleeve sized logos (Generally no bigger than 10x10cm). For designs over this we will contact you to discuss if there are any further costs involved.
Back designs, cover logos or text that generally go onto the back of garments and can be anything from 12cm right up to 30cm wide! We suggest that back designs are printed to keep cost down but there are some materials that can’t be printed, see here to find out what we can’t print.

Embroidery setup turns your logo into a stitch file. Our expert digitisers plot every stitch carefully to create a file that can be read by our state-of-the-art embroidery machines so they know which colour thread goes where. This is only a one-off cost to setup and once paid for we can setup repeat jobs completely free of charge.
Trade industry logos such as Gas Safe, NIC and EIC we may already have on file so contact us before ordering.

We recommend front chest and sleeve logos to be no more than 12cm wide.
Rear designs can be any size up to 30cm wide.
For caps and beanies, we recommend a maximum height of 5cm.
Our embroidery department has a huge range of stock thread colours and shades so we can match your logo colours perfectly!
Most logos work well with embroidery however not all. Our top tips to ensure the best quality embroidery is avoid any super fine detailed text, this can be hard to reproduce using needles and thread. We also advise having solid background fills in logos that look like a badge. This keeps the design solid and avoids any puckering inside the design. To chat with an expert just give us a call.
Larger designs sometimes lend themselves more towards printing as the cost can be much less and the finish is not compromised.
You certainly can. You can add multiple logos to different locations on your garments. This will be clear when our artwork team sends your proofs for sign off.
We sure can! We can change logo colours depending on your chosen garment colours. Thread colour changes are completely free of charge.
Our recent investments into the latest printing technologies means we now run all of our printing through our state of the art DTF (Direct to Film) printer. This involves printing your designs in reverse onto a specialist film that is then cured and heat applied to your products. For more info on DTF printing, see here.
Our DTF prints are water based, long lasting and flexible. They feel super soft to touch and the colours really pop!
If you want other types of printing such as DTG (Direct to Garment), Screen printing or anything else then do give us a call.
Yes, there is no limit to colours on printed designs.

This service is perfect if you can only find a raster image of your logo. These are usually JPEG and PNG file formats. Raster images contain a specific number of pixels, which means they can’t be scaled without losing quality.
To ensure the sharpest print finish we insist on using vector artwork.
No worries if you don’t have this! Our re-draw service starting from £15 per redraw will supply you with 3 files that we can print from and they are yours to keep!
For the best results we require a vector file which is normally created in Illustrator, Canva or Corel Draw. If you can’t achieve this then send us a high quality file in any of these formats: ai, eps, svg, cdr, png, pdf.
If you are still struggling with the above then we do offer a artwork re-draw service which turns your pixelated artworks into high resolution logos to use time and time again. Prices start from £15 per re-draw and depend on size and complexity. COntact us for more information.

If you are unable to provide a suitable file or image size, then please get in touch and one of our team will assist.
Of course! We can make edits to your artwork if required.
We also offer a re-draw service if you are unable to provide a high quality version of your logo.

Before producing your order, we will send you an email with an onscreen proof. This will clearly show your product with logo/s in the right locations. Once approved your order will go into production.
You can request a free visual before even placing an order. Just fill out the \'Request Visual\' form found on the product page.
On each product page, you will find all available logo positions that you can select from.
If you require your logo in an unlisted position, then please get in touch.

To place an order, simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with various methods.
If you created an account when ordering then you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information from either of our couriers DPD or Royal Mail. Tracking information will go to the email you provided at checkout.
If this is you then we can offer an express turn around. The best thing to do is call our sales team with the details and date required for your enquiry and we will be able to best advise.
Our standard lead times are 5-7 working days for customised orders and just 1-2 days for plain stock orders.

Absolutely, to repeat an order you can either place it online or give us a call quoting your previous order number.
If this is the case, then please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email so we can rectify any issues promptly.
You can cancel your order before signing off your proofs. Once your proofs are approved you will not be able to amend or cancel your order. Plain stock orders can be cancelled at any time. If the goods have been shipped, they will need to be returned in full in a saleable condition for a full refund. We take every effort to make sure your proofs reflect your final order however there are certain factors that can affect how your proof looks against the finished product. The main being colours as all computer screens are calibrated differently and looking at a proof on screen rather than a physical printed product can sometimes look slightly different. Also to note, our proofs are not to scale. They are for layout and positioning purposes only.

We offer standard and express delivery options. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and order size. Check our delivery page for more details.
On our website, you can select pricing to include or exclude VAT at the top of the web page. So depending on if you are a business buyer or an individual, you can browse at ease knowing the exact end price you will be paying.
We cannot start any order without payment in full, so once happy with your basket please checkout using our secure payment gateway and your order will then be started.
Plain garments (no logos) can be returned. You will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your items. Please return them to us in their original condition including packaging and tags where available. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days from us agreeing your refund. After 14 days time we will assume you are keeping the goods and we cannot authorise a return.
Sadly as customised orders will bear your printed or embroidery logo/s we cannot offer refunds or returns on these items. If your order has arrived faulty or damaged we will of course do everything we can to rectify these issues. Our customer support team may require images explaining the issue to organise replacements or a refund so please include these in your email to allow us to respond as swiftly as possible.
Regretfully we cannot offer refunds or returns on personalised orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with images showing the problem so we can resolve this as soon as possible for you.
